The Start is located inside Connaught Road – please follow the signs to the Start displayed in West Park. Please report to the appropriate event start section (these will be identified by signage boards). Please ‘queue’ behind the appropriate board and wait for your signal to start. You need to be in place at least 15 minutes before your designated start time.
No attempt should be made to move vehicles from the park between 8.00am and 4.00pm.
IAAF Competition Rules DO NOT permit the use of any form of audio headset or mobile telephone within the competition area (this includes ROAD and CROSS COUNTRY RACES).
Promoters may restrict use and disqualify any runner found to be contravening the instruction.
UKA will support any Race Promoter taking such action.

Parking is available at the Molineux from 7.30am at £2 per vehicle.
Runners and cyclists must wear race number on their fronts and must ensure the race number is not obscured in any way, i.e coat, etc. Failure to wear number appropriately may result in times not being recorded correctly.
We are continuing to offer chip timing for all events this year. A timing chip will be attached to your number.
FAILURE TO WEAR YOUR NUMBER WILL RESULT IN NO TIME BEING RECORDED FOR YOU.
Keep to the left hand side of the road unless otherwise directed by a marshal. Each mile will be clearly marked and refreshment stations will be available at regular intervals where water will be provided.
There will be water stations at regular intervals. These are clearly marked on the map. Please be advised that water only is provided and if you require any energy drinks along the route, you must bring them with you.
A baggage vehicle facility is provided in West Park. Items will be kept securely, free of charge on the Carver Curtain Sided vehicle, which will be clearly displayed in the Park.
There are plenty of portable toilet facilities available in West Park for use before and after the event.
While you are running, your family and friends can enjoy the activities in the park. There will be various stalls, catering outlets and entertainment.
All finishers will receive a medal for their respective event, T-shirt and Greggs goody bag.
Prize presentations will take place as soon as possible after each race.
A medical tent will be provided at the Finish in West Park and will be staffed by a doctor and members of St. John Ambulance. Members of St. John Ambulance and Raynet Communications Team will also be on duty at various points around the course. NJB will be offering physiotherapy and massage on race day.
A short run for children and accompanying adults.
The Information Marquee will be situated in West Park, Wolverhampton on Saturday 2nd September between 10.00am and 5.00pm. Please note there will be no late entries on race day.
An enthusiastic crowd makes all the difference to participants, so please give your support along the course, however you are reminded to respect local residents and dispose of your litter responsibly.
